The Foundations program was designed to help you get your training off to the best possible start!
When starting up in the gym having some sort of structure is super important. If you are still on the fence about needing a program, here are the main benefits:
Progression: A good training program will include progression, which means that you will gradually increase the intensity and difficulty of your workouts over time. This will help you build strength, muscle, and endurance at a pace that is appropriate for you!
Safety: A structured training program will help you learn proper form and technique for each exercise. This will ensure you stay injury free and can keep on training!

The majority of Rep Ranges in this program will be in the medium range (8 to 12), with some bigger exercises being in lower reps ranges to develop strength while some smaller exercises will be in higher ranges to drive muscle growth. This range is a great place to start when in the early stages of your training. It provides a balance between muscle building, strength, endurance, joint health, and versatility, making it an effective and safe way to achieve your training goals.
