AFFORDABLE SUBSCRIPTION TRAINING PROGRAMS

My fully online training programs are perfect for you if you are looking for a more affordable training alternative to regular coaching. At only $15pw you will receive a custom program which will give you structure and direction with your training.

All programs are structured in a way to promote muscle growth and strength gains while tracking your progress, so you know you are moving in the right direction with your training! There are currently 4 different levels of training program available depending on your primary goals: Foundations, Hypertrophy, Strength, and Athletic Performance. Each with multiple options for workouts per week so you can find the program that fits perfectly for you!

When you subscribe you will gain access to the Train-Heroic app where you will be able to log your sessions and follow your program. The app will allow you to:

  • View your training program (all programs run for 12 weeks, delivered in two 6-week blocks)

  • Have full access to my exercise library WITH technique videos for every exercise

  • Move sessions in your calendar to further fit the program to your lifestyle

  • Track all your progress

  • Make adjustments to the programs (you can add exercises or even entire workouts where needed)

FOUNDATIONS

This training program is designed for lifters who are newer to training or coming back after a lay off.  The goal of this program is to build confidence in your training and exercise execution. If you are someone who wants to hit the ground running with their training and maximise their early progress then this if for you!

HYPERTROPHY

The primary goal of this program is to maximise muscle development. This program has a focus on slightly higher rep ranges and hypertrophy specific exercises. If you want to build some decent muscle, then this is the program for you!

STRENGTH

This program is designed for lifters who want to take their strength progress up a notch.  Using the Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift as your prime strength movements this program will get your numbers up!

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

If you are someone who competes in a sport or has fitness goals outside of the just the gym itself, then this is for you! This program was designed to prioritise movements which will carry over to and increase your athletic performance!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Once you have requested your program you will receive an invitation to join the Train-Heroic App and a link to set up your subscription (via direct debit). Once you are subscribed your program will be published and you can begin right away!

  • Online coaching involves more client-coach communication whereas these programs are designed for people who wish to smash their training solo.

    Online coaching is more expensive, however includes a fully individualised program, nutrition coaching, better accountability, and more access to your coach through messaging support.

  • While the programs are tailored to your goals/experience level you may still come across a few exercises you really struggle with, or a gym setting where you don’t have access to certain equipment. If this is the case, you are still able to swap exercises in app to ones you are confident performing. For example, if your gym didn’t have a Hack Squat, you could simply swap it for a similar exercise like a Leg Press/ Goblet Squat. The app will save this so you can do it each week!

  • The fundamentals of training are the same for both men and women. What usually makes the difference is the goals of the lifter. If you need something more tailored to you, I suggest applying for 1on1/online coaching, or you can always add some extra exercises to really target the muscle groups and/or movements you want to focus on.

  • Not at all, there is a messenger feature in the app which you can use to request your subscription be cancelled. Once requested your subscription will end once your next payment is processed (note that there is an initial 6-week commitment).

  • I recommend sticking with the same program for a sustained amount of time to really reap the benefits as our bodies need consistency to grow. However, if you think you would be better suited to a different program to the one you select you are able to change.

    As programs are published in 6-week blocks, you can request a change through the in-app messaging when you reach the final week of a training block if you want to swap without doing all 12 weeks.

  • Once you reach the end of the 12 week block you can either request a change to a different program or re-run the program again (with increased weights). Note if you don’t request a change, you will automatically re-run the program.

    If things are going well, I recommend re-running the same program again. Note, that you won’t be starting from scratch as when you go back to week 1 you will be using increased weights as compared to the first time.

  • These programs won’t be the same forever. As I develop as a coach and learn new things, I will be revisiting them and making adjustments if/when necessary. All feedback is welcome so please don’t hesitate to reach out!
